The Adult Basic Education program provides the FREE services listed below to northern Madison, Tipton and northern Hamilton counties.
  • Basic reading, writing and math (Beginning to college)
  • English literacy
  • ISTEP+/ECA remediation for persons over 18 and not enrolled in school
  • High school equivalency examination preparation
  • College preparation (Through grade level 12.9)
  • Life skills (budgeting, checking, forms, basic nutrition and health as a part of science)
  • Workplace skills (resumes, applications, workplace reading, basic computer literacy, office machines.)

Elwood:  Hinds Career Center, 1105 No. 19th St.
  • Monday thru Thursday 8:30-11:30 AM
  • Monday and Thursday 6:00-9:00 PM
Alexandria: Church of the Nazarene, 1401 So. Harrison St.
  • Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-9:00 PM
Tipton: Tipton High School, 619 So. Main St.
  • Monday and Thursday 6:00-9:00 PM
Noblesville: Noblesville Public Library, One Library Plaza
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
  • Monday and Wednesday 5:30-9:00 PM
Westfield: Westfield Middle School Library, 345 W. Hoover St.
  • Monday and Thursday 6:00-9:00 PM
